Paulette Marie Carroll - A life abounding in energy and service to others came to a close Friday, Aug. 12, as Paulette Marie Carroll, 60, died at home in Healdsburg, Calif., after battling cancer for a year. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Terry Carroll, sons Zachary and Nicholas, daughter-in-law Tracy Carroll, granddaughters Zadie and Nyah Carroll, brother Raymond Gianoli, two brother-in-laws, two sister-in-laws and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Her parents, Louie and Eugenia Gianoli, preceded her in death. Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 19, 2011 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (8400 Old Redwood Highway Windsor, California 95492) followed by a reception in the Mary A. Furth Center (on the church grounds). LAFFERTY & SMITH COLONIAL CHAPEL (4321 Sonoma Highway, Santa Rosa, CA, 95409) will provide visitation hours from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 18, 2011, concluding with a Rosary Service at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to Catholic Charities or the American Cancer Society. Private interment will be held at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Santa Rosa.
