Pauline Turk Graves

PAULINE TURK GRAVES passed away at home in Cotati, CA, June 18, 2016 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late Orie "Cap" Graves. Loving mother of James Pori, Robert Pori (Christine), Stephen Pori, Joseph Pori (Robin), Pauline Osborn (Randy), David Pori (Kendall), John Pori and Christopher Pori (Jeanette). Cherished grandmother of 11 and great grandmother of 2. Sister of Annie Montermann. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Alison Lynch, Pauline's sweet companion, who was like a daughter to her these last few years. Pauline, who never lost her German accent, was born in Yugoslavia and moved to the United States with her family when she was 17 years of age. She lived in San Francisco where she met and married the father of her children. When the last child turned 18, she married "Cap" Graves and were married for 27 years until his death in 2009. She was an avid gardener, known for growing the most beautiful flowers in the world, loved to cook and keep her family fed. Pauline also loved to knit and provided blankets and sweaters for all her kids and grandchildren. She enjoyed music, dancing and a good party, having fun and enjoying life. Travel was also very important and she travelled all over the world. Per the family request, there will be no services, however should you wish to make a memorial, please send to the hospice of your choice.
