MURRAY, PERRY T. - Entered into rest peacefully at home in Santa Rosa, CA, surrounded by family on February 18, 2015. Loving husband of fifty-nine years to Norma L. (Sanchietti) Murray of Santa Rosa, CA. Dearly beloved father of Tina M. Murray of Santa Rosa, CA, Ronald P. (Annette) Murray of Sugarland, TX, Dennis J. Murray of Walnut Creek, CA and Nancy L. Murray of Santa Rosa, CA. Adored grandfather of Garrison Hardisty, Garrett Hardisty, Brooke Cole-Morris, Nikki Murray and Lillian Rose Weynand. Cherished great grandfather of Gannon Hardisty. Also survived by his sister; Joann Knight of Santa Rosa, CA and numerous nieces and nephews. A native and life-long resident of Santa Rosa, CA, age 85 years. Perry is preceded in death by his parents; Melvin Murray and Hester (Bond) Murray, as well as his brother; Melvin Murray.
Born and reared in Santa Rosa, Perry was a graduate of the Santa Rosa High School Class of 1948. He honorably served in the U.S. Air Force for four years. He was a Utility Workman for Pacific Gas and Electric for approximately thirty years.
Perry was a member of the Santa Rosa Moose Lodge #458, a lifetime member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Worker's and the American Legion.

Reception will follow. Private family entombment; Sebastopol Memorial Lawn (7951 Bodega Avenue, Sebastopol, CA, 95472). LAFFERTY & SMITH COLONIAL CHAPEL (4321 Sonoma Highway, Santa Rosa, CA, 95409) will provide Visitation Hours in the Fireside Room on Monday, February 23, 2015 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
