Peter John Candage - Passed away suddenly on January 25, 2010 with family by his side. He was 64 years old. Through the years, Peter enjoyed spending time with family and friends, including summers at the lake, camping, traveling, teaching countless children to water ski, watching NASCAR, traveling to NASCAR events, loved to entertain and cook for his family and friends the famous Candage chicken and basilico. Love You - Bless You, Peter. Loving brother of Edward and Beverly Candage of Carlsbad, Jon Casazza of San Francisco, and Joel and Cathy Casazza of Petaluma. Dear brother-in-law of Shirley and John Pozzi. Loving uncle of Scott and Darlene Candage, Trace (Chad) Wilcox, Laureen (John) Bohne, Teresa (Seth) Willis, Janna and Kristina Casazza, Stephanie (Joe) Silinonte, Shelley (Kris) Caiati and David Pozzi. Loving great uncle of Alexis and Kelsea Silinonte, AJ and Dante Caiati, Savannah, Avery and Gared Wilcox, Jayden Bohne and Jossalyn Willis. Nephew of Rose Burnham, Eva and Aldo Faralla, the late Guido and Margie Casazza, and the late Woodrow Buratti. Cousin of Marilyn Simeoni, Cathy and Christina Casazza, Lisa Wright, Donald (Mariem) Reinstadler, Joanne (Barry) Lipton, and Alan Reinstadler. Peter was also a great and loyal friend to many. Peter graduated from Petaluma High School in 1963. He spent several years as a professional truck driver and at Henris Building Materials before beginning his Timbermill Barn business. Through the years, Peter enjoyed spending time with family and friends, including summers at the lake, camping, traveling, teaching countless children to water ski, watching NASCAR, traveling to NASCAR events, loved to entertain and cook for his family and friends the famous Candage chicken and basilico. Peter had a broad smile and idiosyncratic chuckle. He was one of a kind, a man of open emotion, a man of his word, a man who had deep friendships and lived life to the fullest.
