Raedeen Alice Severson

Raedeen A. Severson passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 3, 2025, at the age of 66, after a short battle with cancer.

Raedeen was a Devoted mother to Nicole Nunes (Bruno) and Brandon Gallagher (Molly). Cherished Nonni to Nickolas and Nash Nunes, Braeley Moreda, and Maeve and Bayla Gallagher.  Loving sister of Larry Ronsheimer (Margaret). Beloved Aunt and Godmother to Shelby Dellinger (Bill). Survived by several nieces and nephews.

Raedeen was born and raised in Petaluma to Raymond and Shirley Ronsheimer and graduated from Petaluma High School.  Raedeen worked as a bookkeeper for John Schloetter and Co. (Roberts and Niles) for almost 50 years and truly enjoyed working with clients and her coworkers. Raedeen was a sports fan, who loved watching football, hockey and NASCAR. However, her favorite sport was anything her granchildren were playing and she almost never missed a game. She loved spending time at the lake and camping at the beach. Raedeen enjoyed spending time with her family and was an absolutely adored Nonni to all her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Friends and family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass, Friday, March 14, 2025 at 11:00 am at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 35 Liberty St., Petaluma.  A Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma.  In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to Providence Hospice of Petaluma.

Private Entombment and A Celebration of Life will be held following the funeral mass.
