Ralph Jacobsen - Passed away peacefully November 18, 2008 in Santa Rosa. Ralph would have celebrated his 99th birthday in 2 months. Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Friday, November 21, 2008 at 1:30pm at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY AND CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma, CA. Burial will be at Cypress Hill Memorial Park, Petaluma. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to Hospice of Petaluma 416 Payran St. Petaluma, CA, 94952. He was born in 1910 to Carl and Jennie (McDonald) Jacobsen who were pioneer dairy ranchers in Marshall. Ralph was the devoted husband of his sweetheart Audrey who preceded him in death on December 30, 2003. Married 54 years. Ralph was also preceded in death by his sister Gladys Leiss, brothers Harvey and Earl and his daughter Janice Baggett. Loving father of Alan Jacobsen and his wife Gail and Les Jacobsen and his wife Helen. Cherished grandfather of Kelly Bucy, Christine Jacobsen, Tim Jacobsen, Katie Cerini, Carolyn Sola and Aurelio Varela. Great grandfather of Brittainy, Levi, Jordache, Ethan, Andrew and Ellie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
