Rita Ann Lepori

Our loving mother, Rita Ann Lepori ended her journey and passed peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family, on July 23, 2022.

Rita was born in Santa Rosa on Nov. 2, 1930 to Severino and Mary Manfredi. She was sister to Doris Woods of Santa Rosa.

She attended the old Saint Rose Elementary School and graduated from Santa Rosa High School.

She met the love of her life, Wayne Arthur Lepori, and they were wed in 1950 and have been residents of Petaluma ever since. They were married for 65 years until Wayne’s passing in 2015.

Rita is survived by her daughters, Sharon Jones and her husband Randy, and Linda Clark and her husband Dave. Loving grandmother to: Rachel and Steve Alkire; Melissa Jones; Shannon Clark; and Bridget Clark. Adored great-grandmother to Arthur Thomas Kelly and Andrew Steven Alkire.

We will miss her more than words can express, but she will forever be in our hearts.

Friends and family are invited to her visitation and to sign her guest register book on August 2, 2022 between 11am – 3pm at Parent-Sorensen Mortuary & Crematory, 850 Keokuk Street, Petaluma, CA 94952.

Per Rita’s wishes, funeral and burial will be private.
