Robert Norman Foehr

Robert (Bob) N. Foehr passed away on March 18, 2026 at his home in San Geronimo surrounded by his loved ones. He was 92 years old - just shy of his 93rd birthday. Bob was born in San Francisco on March 22, 1933. He graduated from UCSF School of Dentistry in 1957. He then served as a Captain in the U.S.A.F. from 1957-59 at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, Nevada. Upon returning home, moved to Marin County and started his dental practice in San Rafael and practiced until his retirement in 2000. 

Bob is survived by his wife Alfreida (nee Grossi) of 48 years and his children, Lisa Johnson (Paul), Lesley Sexton (Mark), Jennifer McKenzie, Julie Lane (Mark), Erik (Elizabeth), Mark Foehr, Bobby Foehr, Katherine Foehr, Emily Cook (Chris), 19 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. 

He will always be remembered for adding "And everybody be happy" at the end of grace at dinner. 

His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family and many more whose lives were touched by him. 

Interment will be private.
