Passed away on February 19, 2013 in Santa Rosa. Devoted husband of Joanne Fraser of Santa Rosa. Devoted father of Robert Fraser (Christine) of Windsor; Diana Fraser-Myers (Michael) and Deborah Fraser all of Santa Rosa; and Dolores Hill (Steve) of Shingle Springs. Cherished grandfather of Paul, Valerie, Shawn, Robert, Thomas, Joseph, Michelle, Brittany, Michael, Anthony, Amanda, Darren, and Shauna. Beloved great-grandfather of Kaidyn, Owen, Olivia, Kylee, Makayla, Danika, and one on the way. Survived by his sisters, Sally, Carol, and Janet as well as several nieces and nephews.
Age: 74 years.

Robert was born in Oakland, but moved to Mendocino County at a young age. By age 16, he and his family moved to Santa Rosa where he has resided since. He joined the National Guard, proudly serving his country. Robert worked for AT&T, first as an installation specialist, but retired as supervisor after 36 years of faithful service. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing, as well as ham radio operation, building model ships, and cooking.
