Robert Bruce MacKinnon - Passed away on February 19, 2007 in Santa Rosa. Devoted husband of Dorothy MacKinnon of Petaluma. Beloved father of Cate MacKinnon and her husband Dan Alden of Lexington, MA and Debbie MacKinnon and her partner Albert Preston of Petaluma. Wonderful grandfather of Kristopher Dilbeck and his wife Laura of Sebastopol. Adored great-grandfather of Lucy Dilbeck of Sebastopol. Loving brother of Jean Grob and her husband Joe of Petaluma and the late Jack MacKinnon. Survived by his brother-in-law Vernon Christensen of Antelope, CA. Especially missed by his cat, RB.

Robert was reared in Cotati and educated in Petaluma, graduating from Petaluma High School. He retired from Clover Stornetta after 27 years, followed by working for the Bank of Petaluma for 10 years. He was a member of the Petaluma Masonic Lodge #180 F & AM, Petaluma United Methodist Church, Clover Club, SIRS, and the Danish Brotherhood.
