Robert Marigo

Robert Marigo - Passed away peacefully on July 16, 2012 with his family by his side. He passed away from complications of Alzheimerchr(39)s Disease. He was born to the late Mario and Jeanette Marigo in Hollywood, California on September 26, 1933. At age 13 his family moved to Santa Rosa where he graduated from Santa Rosa High School in 1953. Bob proudly served in the US Army from 1953-1956. He was stationed in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Upon returning to Santa Rosa he graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College and San Francisco State University earning a degree in Business Administration in June 1960.While attending Santa Rosa JC, he met and married Dolores (Dee) Kewell on October 27, 1957.After gaining experience with a couple companies, he enjoyed a management career with A/C Delco (division of General Motors) for 15 years. In 1975, retuning to Santa Rosa, he struck out on his own and opened a successful company, Northern Parts Inc., which he ran until his retirement in 1998. Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Friday, July 20, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the LAFFERTY & SMITH COLONIAL CHAPEL, 4321 Sonoma Highway, Santa Rosa, CA., 95409. A Visitation will be held at the mortuary on Thursday, July 19, 2012 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimerchr(39)s Association 1211 North Dutton Ave. Suite A, Santa Rosa, CA 95401.
