Robert Moreno - MORENO, ROBERT" Entered into rest at home in Santa Rosa, CA, May 31, 2008. Dearly beloved fifty-five year husband of Antonia Moreno of Santa Rosa, CA. Cherished father of six children; Joanne Coleman of Reno, NV, Karen Kuffner of Staten Island, NY, Robert Moreno, Jr. of Santa Rosa, CA, Marie O"Rourke of Santa Rosa, CA, Rose Young of Healdsburg, CA and Frank Moreno of Santa Rosa, CA. Loving brother of Madeline Haws, John Moreno, Elizabeth Nunez, Paul Moreno, Louis Moreno, Ronald Moreno and Rosalie Lightfoot. Also survived by nine grandchildren, one great granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews. A native of San Francisco, CA, age 75 years. Robert is predeceased by his loving parents, Phillip and Pearl (Ortega) Moreno, and two brothers; Frank and Phillip Moreno, Jr. Robert served in the U.S. Army as a Combat Construction Specialist while stationed in Germany. His passions were hunting, abalone fishing and sharing his bountiful harvest from his garden to all his family and many friends. He was truly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Liturgy Service at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, June 5, 2008 at the LAFFERTY & SMITH COLONIAL CHAPEL (4321 Sonoma Highway, Santa Rosa, CA, 95409). Entombment will follow services. LAFFERTY & SMITH will provide visitation hours in the Fireside Room of the mortuary on Wednesday, June 4, 2008 from 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
