Rosalie P. Lucchesi

Passed away in Petaluma, CA, February 12, 2024 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Gino E. Lucchesi, Sr.  Loving mother of Gino Lucchesi Jr. (Kathy), Jerry Lucchesi (Laurie) and Paul Lucchesi. Cherished grandmother of Jodi, Amy, Clay, Jennifer, Jerry, Blake and Ashley. Devoted great grandmother of 14 and great great grandmother of 2.  Dear sister of Frank Giammona (Deanna), Jackie Campigli (late Ed) and the late Frances Simondi (late Rudy), Ciro Giammona (Lee), Judy Jacqueze, and Joe Giammona (Lynn). Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Rosalie, a longtime resident of Point Reyes Station, where she worked as a clerk at the Post Office, retiring as Postmistress after 32 years service.  While in West Marin, she was active as a 4-H Leader as well as a Eucharistic Minister at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She and Gino moved to Petaluma in 2008.

Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass, Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 11:00 am at St. James Catholic Church, 125 Sonoma Mountain Parkway, Petaluma. The family prefer memorials be made to Providence Hospice of Petaluma or the American Kidney Foundation.
