Rose E. Becker

Rose E. Becker - Born, Rosie E. Maisetti on October 29, 1921. Rose was taken home to heaven by her beloved husband James, on January 27, 2008 where she is reunited with her parents, Henry and Tessie Maisetti, brothers, Harry and Romeo Maisetti, sister, Ida Afentakis, beloved niece Teresa Hellman and nephew, Joseph Maisetti and many friends and relatives. Rose is survived by her children who love and miss her very much; Gary and Daphine Becker, Dennis and Linda Becker and Terri and Martin Roth. Grandchildren, Emily and Stacey Roth, Cyndi, James and Vera, Jessica, Jeanette, Steven and Michael Becker. Great grandchildren, Dillon, Taryn, Robert, Mason and Kaylie. Sister-in-law Betty Maisetti and close cousin, Edith Drew. Nieces and nephews, Bill and Louise Afentakis, Robert Maisetti, Harriet and Richard Hale and numerous friends and relatives who will all miss her. Rose was born and raised on a dairy ranch in Fallon, CA. She moved to Petaluma as a young woman and met and married the love of her life, James. Rose was an amazing wife, mother, grand and great grandmother, aunt and friend to all who knew her. She was a very special woman. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass, Friday, February 1, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 35 Liberty St., Petaluma. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2008 from 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. and the Vigil Service at 7:00 P.M. at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, Magnolia Ave. and Keokuk St., Petaluma. Interment, Calvary Catholic Cemetery. The family prefers that memorials be made to Hospice of Petaluma, 416 Payran St., Petaluma, CA 94952.
