Rose Bertram

Rose Anita Bertram, 98, passed away May 12th, 2022, from natural causes. Loving daughter of John and Lucille Aiello, raised in the East Bay Area, she trained at Mills College for nursing. Married after WWII, she was predeceased by her husband of 49 years together, Robert Bertram.

Rose had a passion for travel and loved living near the ocean in Southern California. She returned to the Bay Area in 1992 to be near family, residing 21 years in Rohnert Park. In 2013 she moved to San Diego to be near her daughter in San Diego. She enjoyed being active in her church, participating in many charitable projects.

Family was always precious to her. Rose especially enjoyed holiday celebrations. She is survived by son John (Sandy) Bertram, daughter Ann (Garry) Whited, grandsons Matt (Tony) Bertram, Chris (Jessica) Bertram, granddaughter Jennifer (Carrie) Shreeve and great granddaughter Spencer Ann.

A celebration of her life will be held Thursday, May 19th at 11:00 am, at Lafferty and Smith Colonial Chapel, 4321 Sonoma Highway, Santa Rosa.
