Rose Marie Gerace

Rose Marie Gerace - GERACE, ROSE MARIE" Entered into rest, March 13, 2010 at the age of 89. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of forty-five years, Frank Gerace in 1991. Rose is survived by her daughter Linda Thomas (and husband, Paul). Her brother Frank Morabito (and his wife, Doris). Her niece"s Carrie Quayle (and her husband, Chris) and Sandy Kolakowski. Her nephews Ron Morabito and David Morabito ( and his wife, Joanie). Also survived by numerous grandnieces and nephews. Rose was born in Italy and came to the United States in 1932 at the age of twelve. Rose was a graduate of the Analy High School Class of 1940. After graduation, she worked for the Bank of Sonoma County in Sebastopol. She and Frank married right after the war when he was released from the service in 1946. After marriage, Rose moved to Santa Rosa with her husband. Rose began working for SH Kress store in downtown Santa Rosa. After the Coddingtown Kress store opened, she transferred there. She worked for them many years. Her family called her "Rosie"
