Ruth Dolores Antognini

Ruth Dolores Antognini passed away peacefully on November 17, 2025, at her home in Petaluma, at the age of 95. She was predeceased by her parents Ebbie and Ruth Gibson Petersen, siblings Mae Silva, Kenny Petersen, and Clarence Petersen. Survived by her two sons, Dave Antognini, and wife Dayna, Bruce Antognini and wife Patricia, her six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Dolores, fondly known as Pete, cherished her time spent with family, friends, her Beta Sigma Phi sisters, and her beloved family dogs. She enjoyed gardening, baking, pottery, her daily crossword, a funny joke, and was always ready for a lively round of cards or Upwards. She especially loved a good party, filled with song, and laughter. She will warmly be remembered for her witty sense of humor and her zest for life. Dolores may be gone, but her memory will remain in our hearts forever.

Burial will be held at 11am, Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Cypress Hill Memorial Park, 430 Magnolia Avenue in Petaluma.
