Ruth I. Blanco

Ruth I. (Ruthie) Blanco - Passed away on Wednesday September 2, 2009 at her home in Windsor, CA after a long battle with dementia. Ruth was born in San Francisco and was 76 years of age. Ruthie loved animals, gardening and she was a great cook who loved to entertain. She served as Director of the San Luis Obispo County Fair. Ruthie was a staunch Democrat involved in many local, state and national political campaigns. Ruthieâ??s colorful personality and great sense of humor will be sorely missed.
