Sarah Lorene Paine

Sarah Lorene Paine passed away unexpectedly in Petaluma on September 22, 2021 at the age of 39. Adored mother of Angelica, Elena and Oscar Juarez, Soraya; and Nikko Cacy. Beloved daughter of Sandra Livingston Paine and the late Blayne Paine. Loving sister of Blayne Paine Jr, Daniel Paine, (Wendy deceased.) Kristy Paine-Cruz (Uriel) and Marjorie Joy Paine. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a large extended family.

Born in San Francisco, Sarah spent most of her life in Petaluma. During that time, Sarah opened and built her own body piercing shop. She loved all things mystical, including tarot cards, astrology and crystal healing.  She became a prominent member of the tattoo community where her spiritual and creative energy made instant connections with everyone she met. Sarah made everyone feel important and was her children’s number one supporter.

A proud native with the Cheyenne tribe based in Montana, Sarah was an advocate for indigenous rights and a champion for human and women’s rights.

Sarah was a selfless, generous soul, with a one-of-a-kind spirit in this world. Please think of her the next time you look at the sky or gaze upon a full moon.

Memorial service to held at Parent-Sorensen Mortuary & Crematory in Petaluma on Friday, October 8th at 11:30am.
