Sheldon Bornstein

Sheldon Bornstein - Sheldon Bornstein passed away suddenly on May 12, 2009 in San Francisco. Devoted partner of David Nalley of San Francisco. Loving brother of D.H. Dermake (George) of Dixon, CA and Art Bornstein (Charlene) of Santa Rosa, CA. Uncle of Bill, Hollie, Tina, Donya, Elly, Arie, Sari, and the late John and Robert Manly. Survived by numerous great nieces and nephews. Born in Chicago, IL to the late Edith and Saul Bornstein. He moved to San Francisco in 1965 and continued his passion for teaching. He taught at various public schools and City College of SF. Sheldon loved baseball, traveling, theatre, and coin collecting.
