Sister Michael of God, Meri-Beth Bird - Sister Michael of God was born June 30, 1934 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She departed this world December 31, 2008. At a young age, Sister Michael moved with her family to Winnetka, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. Sister Michael is preceded in death by her brothers Don-Michael Bird and Brian Bird. Sister Michael is survived by her nieces Meri-Beth Bird and Lawrie Firestone, her nephew Michael Bird, and her Sister Companion Sister Mary of the Immaculate Heart. She leaves a legacy of love. She touched and affected many lives and will be missed. One of her favorite sayings to people was â??Iâ??m going to tell my husband about you.â?
