Sylvia Irene Metz

Sylvia Metz passed away Dec. 9 at the age of 84. Born in Tucson Arizona on July 6, 1934 she lived in Petaluma close to 50 years. With her husband Chuck Metz she owned and operated a local business almost 40 years in downtown Petaluma before retiring. Over the years Sylvia was a member and volunteer of many social and nonprofit groups. She loved bowling and dancing and enjoyed traveling. She passed away at home surrounded by her family in the way she wanted. Survivors include four adult children and three adult grandchildren who cherished the time and love she gave them.
