Tammi Percy passed away at her home in Santa Rosa on October 5, 2016. Loving daughter of Brenda Shahan. Caring niece of Debbie Cuccaro. Cherished cousin of Amanda and Ashley Cuccaro. Also survived by numerous relatives in Arkansas and Missouri . She was 46 years of age. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 9, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma, CA.
