Thelma J. Buratti - Thelma Buratti passed away peacefully in Petaluma on Oct. 14, 2009. Loving sister of the late Ellsworth Ramos and Grace Ramos. Dear aunt of Eldeen and Harold Shipman and their children; Steve (Marion) Shipman of Santa Rosa and Noreen (Sergio) Landin of PA and their children. Predeceased by her long time partner; Carl Buratti. Survived by her cousins; Wesley and Dennis Perry of Rohnert Park and her devoted friend; Claudine Zinkl of Windsor. A native of Petaluma, CA, Thelma, a member of the pioneer Ramos and Baccala families of Sonoma County, was a graduate of Petaluma High School, Class of 1931. Her hobbies included gardening, dancing, horse races and gambling in Tahoe.
