Thomas Ryder Gerstmann

THOMAS RYDER GERSTMANN, 62, died on September 18, 2014 in San Rafael, CA following a lengthy bout with illness. Tom, the son of Frank and Irene Gerstmann, was born in San Francisco on May 2, 1952. He grew up in Marin and graduated from Sir Francis Drake High School. Tom is survived by his wife Diane, son Jeff, sister Ingrid, and a host of in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Gerstmann was the owner of the Petaluma Tire Source, a local Petaluma business that was founded in 1977. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
