Tina Farinha Melo - Passed away on July 27, 2010 in Petaluma. Devoted wife of John B. Melo of Petaluma. Cherished mother of Jim Melo (Gladis) of Santa Rosa and the late John Melo. Adored grandmother of Nicholas and Rubi Melo. Beloved daughter of Maria Farinha and the late Joe Farinha. Survived by numerous loving brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. A Member of: St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Petaluma Holy Ghost Society, and Santo Cristo Society. Friends and family are invited to meet on Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2010 after 10:15 AM at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma thence to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 35 Liberty St., Petaluma where at 11:00 AM a Funeral Mass will be celebrated. A Visitation will be held on Monday, Aug. 2, 2010 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Vigil Service at 7:00 PM at the Mortuary. Interment: Calvary Cemetery, Petaluma. Age: 65 years.
