VIRGINIA DOLCINI MOSSI, age 87, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Charles E. Dolcini, Jr. and the late Ed Mossi; loving mother of Fred Dolcini, Sr. (Karen), Linda Dolcini Lehto, Patrick Dolcini, Sheila Dolcini Thornton (Dan); adored grandmother of Fred Dolcini, Jr. (Kerrie), Greg Dolcini (Joy), Natalie Lehto Anthony (Ken), Keith and Hilari Dolcini, Daniel and Sonya Thornton, and the late Ryan Dolcini; proud great-grandmother of Charlee and Kelsey Dolcini, Emmalee and Sean Dolcini, Ella and Sophia Anthony, and Aubrey and Isabella Dolcini; loving step-mother of Art Mossi (Clelia) and Linda Mossi; step-grandmother of Michael Mossi, Julie Harmon (Bill), Melissa Harmon (Fred) and Ashlee Mossi; step-great-grandmother of Austin, Justin, Colton, and Samantha Harmon; and she is survived by many nieces and nephews. Virginia, a Petaluma native, was dedicated to raising her family and her calves on the dairy alongside her husband, Charles, and eldest son, Fred. She enjoyed researching the genealogy of her family, doing puzzles, gardening, as well as league bowling for over fifty years. Family and friends are invited to visit on Sunday, March 15, 2015 from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm with a Vigil Service at 5:00 pm at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma. A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 10:00 am at the Mortuary. The family prefers donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 4804 Granite Dr., Ste. F-140, Rocklin, CA 95677 or to your charity of choice. Private Interment: Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
