Walter Edward Benedetti - Passed away at home in Petaluma, CA, Friday, February 10, 2012, beloved husband of the late Aloha Benedetti. Loving father of Edward Benedetti of Petaluma, Willie Benedetti of Valley Ford and Riley Benedetti of Sonoma. Dear grandfather of Arthur (Debbie) Benedetti and Arron Benedetti. Cherished great grandfather of Emma Jane Benedetti and Zachery Benedetti. Brother of the late Alvin Benedetti and Violet Petersen. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY and CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk Street, Petaluma. Interment, Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Petaluma. A native of Petaluma for 93 years. Walter was born in a small farmhouse off Corona Road, Petaluma, May 8, 1918. He attended Cinnabar School as a young boy.
