Wayne E. Douglas

Passed away unexpectedly in Petaluma on Jan. 5, 2014 at the age of 51 years. Cherished husband of Laura Douglas of Petaluma. Devoted father of Ryan, Dean, Logan and Shane Douglas all of Petaluma. Dear brother of David (Pamela) Douglas of Santa Rosa, Tammy (Chris) Immer of WA, Bethany (Paul) Schwappach of San Diego, Tom (Samantha) Young of Sonoma, Russell (Bob Needham) Young of Santa Rosa, and David (Audrey) Young of Vallejo. Loving son of Sharon and Charles Young of Petaluma and the late Roland Douglas and grandson of Ellarene and Ben Young of Novato, CA. Survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Born, reared and educated in Petaluma, Wayne graduated from Petaluma High School in 1981. He was the service manager at KVAL Machinery for over 30 years. A big supporter of all sports his sons were involved in but took special pride in the Petaluma National Little League. A "Celebration of Life" will be held on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014 at 11 am at the 360 Church of Petaluma, 879 Lindberg Lane, Petaluma, CA.
