William P. "Bill""" "" Hepp - NULL Bill is survived by his loving wife Connie Hepp of Petaluma. Cherished father of Susan Rapp (Ray) of Petaluma, Donna Hepp of San Jose, and the late infant Jack R. Hepp. Beloved grandfather of Rachel Grace Rapp and Robert Julius Rapp. Preceded in death by his brother Dale Hepp and sister Aillene Klein. Survived by numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at 3:00 PM at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 35 Liberty St., Petaluma followed by a Reception in Billâ??s honor. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Elementary School, Howard and Union Sts., Petaluma, CA 94952. Private Inurnment. Family assisted by PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, Petaluma. Of Petaluma passed away on October 25, 2011 at the age of 81. He was born on June 2, 1930 in Greeley, NE. He graduated from Riverton High School(WY) in 1948. He served with the US Navy during the Korean War. Following discharge at Treasure Island he began his 33 year career as a Field Engineer, Manager and Instructor with IBM. In San Francisco he met and married his devoted wife Connie (Carrabino) Hepp. They lived in San Francisco, CA; San Leandro, CA; Poughkeepsie, NY; Overland Park, KS and San Jose, CA before relocating to Petaluma in 1998. He was a member of the Rooster Run Senior Menâ??s Club and the SIRS.
