Loving father of Mary Kay (Roland) Navia of American Canyon, CA, Margaret (George) Gladius of Stockton, CA and Sheila Mayer of Redding, CA. Adored grandfather of Tony Gladius, Christopher Mayer, Jeff Gladius, Lisa Mayer, Brandon Navia and Derrick Navia. Also survived by one brother; Stewart Kelly of MO. A native of Washington, age 81 years. William was a member of S.I.R.S., the Knights of Columbus and Star of the Valley Catholic Church. William was a retired Purchasing Agent with American Steel Company and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He has been a resident in our community for the past nineteen years.
