William Henry Throop

Died at home in Petaluma California on Feb. 1,2014 at the age of 77. A school administrator in Conn. for over 20 years, he lived life to the fullest until becoming disabled at age 54. He handled his remaining years with grace and courage and will be greatly missed. Survived by wife Ellen, daughters Gretchen (Bifford) Williams of Boulder CO and Kristen (Russell Powell) of Santa Rosa CA, grandchildren Kami and Toby of Boulder CO, brother David (Janet) Throop of Whitesboro NY and nieces and nephews. No calling hours. Private burial in Petaluma on Monday Feb.10, 2014.
