Passed away August 6, 2023 in Santa Rosa, CA at the age of 72, beloved wife of Eugene F. Perry. Loving mother of Donna Balestrini, Sheri Maack and Jenni Piazza (Ben). Adored grandmother of Darien Balestrini, (Lisa) Danielle Balestrini, Bailey Maack, Hobie Maack and Trevin Balestrini. Cherished great grandmother of Maiya Schwitters, Charlotte Balestrini and Elliana Balestrini. Loving sister of Monroe Spencer, Elaine Rutkowski and Laura Parr.

A native of Colorado, Debera was a longtime resident of Petaluma that enjoyed her family, travel, watching western’s.

At the request of Debera there will be no services. Memorials may be made to the Native Sons of the Golden West Cleft Palate Foundation, 414 Mason St., #300, San Francisco, CA 94102.
